By accessing or using Task Helper's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Task Helper provides academic support services (including assignments, thesis, dissertation assistance) and digital services (including website development, POS systems, SaaS platforms, mobile applications, SEO, and social media management).

Important Note: Our academic services are for research, editing, and guidance purposes only. We do not condone plagiarism or submitting our work as your own. Clients are responsible for using our services ethically and in accordance with their institution's policies.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your requirements
• Use our academic services ethically and responsibly
• Not submit our work as original without proper citation
• Communicate clearly about deadlines and expectations
• Pay all fees as agreed upon

4. Pricing and Payments

We operate on a custom quote basis. Prices are discussed and agreed upon before work begins. Payment terms:

• 50% deposit required before starting any project
• Remaining 50% due upon completion and before final delivery
• Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
• Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Wise, Bank Transfer, Cryptocurrency

5. Revisions and Edits

We want you to be satisfied with our work. Our revision policy includes:

• Up to 3 rounds of free revisions for academic work
• Up to 2 rounds of free revisions for digital projects
• Revisions must be requested within 14 days of delivery
• Additional revisions may incur extra charges

6. Delivery and Timelines

We are committed to meeting agreed deadlines. However:

• Timelines are estimates based on information provided
• Delays may occur due to complexity or client feedback time
• We will communicate any potential delays immediately
• Rush orders may incur additional fees

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We will never share your personal information or project details with third parties. All communications and work are kept strictly confidential. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive full ownership rights to the work delivered. However:

• We retain the right to include the work in our portfolio (with identifying information removed)
• We do not claim ownership of your original ideas or materials
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of our work complies with applicable laws

9. Refund Policy

We strive for 100% satisfaction. Refund policy:

• Full refund if no work has been started
• Partial refund if work is partially complete (pro-rated)
• No refund if work is fully delivered and meets original requirements
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

10. Limitation of Liability

Task Helper is not liable for:

• Grades or academic outcomes — our role is research and editing support
• Business outcomes from digital services (traffic, sales, rankings)
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Losses resulting from client misuse of our work

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. If terminated by the client, work completed will be delivered upon payment for completed portions. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in our jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before legal action.
